Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will drive new business acquisition and premium growth by identifying prospects, presenting suitable insurance solutions,



and closing sales across multiple product lines. Responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with customers and channel partners, conducting consultative needs assessments, and ensuring a transparent, customer-centric sales experience aligned with PolicyBoss.com’s values. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting and operations teams, to ensure smooth policy issuance, renewals, and post-sales support. This role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and contributing insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in new business development, B2C or B2B sales, and consultative selling in financial services or insurance.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
