Your Mission: The Role
solving for better.
You are the Transformation Engine. You are the fds (Forward Deployed Solver) lead who
owns the global marketing strategy, directly driving exponential top-of-funnel growth and
ensuring the integrity of our revenue pipeline.
This isn't a "management gig"
. You'll serve as the DRI for Global Pipeline Strategy, ruthlessly
optimizing the journey from market curiosity to closed-won revenue. You'll work side-by-side
with the CEO, Practice Heads, and Sales Leadership to reimagine, personalize, and embed
Searce into the fabric of the global tech ecosystem.

Architect a Global Growth Engine: Design and lead high-impact GTM strategies that
inspire, challenge, and position Searce as the primary "futurifier" in the USA and International markets.
Own the Revenue & Pipeline: Act as the ultimate custodian of the marketing funnel. Forecast, chase, and deliver on revenue targets with a founder's mindset.
