Role Description The Healthcare Growth & Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Helsingborg. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities with clinics and hospitals,



including lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building with key decision-makers. The Associate will conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends in healthcare technology, and translate these insights into targeted business development strategies. Day-to-day activities include preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations, supporting sales cycles, coordinating with internal teams to customize solutions, and tracking performance metrics to refine outreach efforts. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align messaging, gather feedback from prospects and clients, and contribute to continuous improvement of Lumonix Care’s offerings.
Qualifications
Strong presentation skills and experience creating and delivering impactful presentations to healthcare stakeholders.
