Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate the successful delivery of digital marketing and SEO initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, analytics, reporting, and client communication. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate with internal teams, track campaign performance, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned digital marketing clients.
Understand client objectives, requirements, expectations, and business priorities.
Coordinate with SEO, content, design, and other marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Assist in developing and executing SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Conduct or coordinate keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization activities.
Monitor website and campaign performance using SEO and analytics tools.




Analyze performance data and identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to clients.
Communicate project progress, achievements, challenges, and next steps.
Manage client queries, feedback, approvals, and follow-ups effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and expand digital marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, digital marketing, analytics, and AI.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, and basic web analytics.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Account Management, or a related role.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
Excellent verbal and written commun
