What You'll Do
As an Engineering Manager on BCG's CT GenAI Portfolio,



you will serve as the technical and operational lead for enterprise GenAI platform delivery — owning integration architecture, release governance, vendor management, and security oversight — while working with the team of engineers, product analysts, and partnering with global stakeholders to translate BCG's AI strategy into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.
Release Management: Own end-to-end release governance for the enterprise GenAI platform, risk assessments, deployment readiness, and coordination of release cycles across engineering, security, legal, and business teams.
Integration Architecture & Oversight: Define and govern the integration framework for the GenAI platform, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) architecture, platform interoperability standards, and onboarding design principles — ensuring scalable, secure, and consistent enterprise adoption across BCG.
