Panigrahana Weddings is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Goa.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the wedding industry, who can confidently interact with clients and contribute to creating exceptional wedding experiences.
Experience Required
✔️ 2–3 years of experience in the Wedding Industry
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of wedding planning and sales
Good understanding of wedding décor, concepts and design
Experience in budgeting and preparing wedding proposals
Ability to understand and create colour palettes and mood boards
Solid proficiency in Canva
Good knowledge of wedding trends, styling and design aesthetics
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand client requirements and convert ideas into well-planned wedding concepts




Strong organisational and coordination skills
Role & Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries and conduct client meetings.
Understand client requirements, budgets and wedding vision.
Prepare customised wedding proposals and presentations.
Create basic mood boards, colour palettes and concept presentations.
Work closely with the planning, décor and execution teams.
Support the sales process from initial enquiry to client conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
? Position based in Panjim, Goa
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in destination weddings and the Goa wedding market.
