RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical data engineering design for XLerate across multiple CRM-space teams, with focus on Member Aggregate, segmentation, and the data paths that power audiences, campaigns,



reporting, and Connect-driven use cases
Design, build, and optimize high-performance SQL and data-intensive workflows on large MySQL and Redshift datasets
Design and operate lakehouse-style analytical models (including Apache Iceberg) used by segmentation, audiences, and reporting
Own reliability of the CRM data platform path — pipelines, replication, and query infrastructure that product squads depend on
Partner with Product and engineers on teams such as CRM Ops and Connect to ship data capabilities that unlock measurable studio outcomes
Provide technical mentorship on data modeling, query performance, and production-safe delivery
Work with an energized, fun, friendly and customer-focused cross-functional network of teams
Use cutting edge Agile & Lean ways of working underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field exp. preferred
