Our fast-growing national accounting and consulting firm is hiring a senior
proposal writer to help partners and leaders across all of Weaver’s practice and
industry groups sell recent business. The Proposal team works closely with our
client-service professionals to develop win strategies, articulate Weaver’s
capabilities and produce winning proposals and other deliverables for both
private and public sector entities.

The writer will manage assigned proposal efforts start to finish, from the
kick-off meeting to final document delivery. Projects vary widely in both depth
and content, ranging from short letter proposals to multi-volume state
government RFP responses. Deliverable formats also vary from proposals in Word
