We’re looking for a Technical Sales Engineer – Geotechnical Solutions to drive revenue growth by combining strong technical expertise with consultative selling across infrastructure, real estate, oil & gas, and government sectors.

? About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, influencing project specifications at early stages, and delivering technically sound and commercially viable geotechnical solutions. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to convert opportunities into successful project closures.

? Key Responsibilities
✔️ Business Development & Revenue Ownership
Drive sales targets and build a strong project pipeline
Identify opportunities at DPR/tender stage and influence specifications

✔️ Technical Sales & Solutioning
Interpret soil investigation reports, tenders, and project requirements




Propose solutions across SPT, CPT/CPTu, geophysical testing, and foundation testing
Lead technical discussions and pre-bid meetings

✔️ Client & Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government bodies
Act as the key point of contact for techno-commercial discussions
Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships

✔️ Proposal & Tendering
Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial submissions
Ensure compliance with IS codes and standards
Coordinate internally for costing and execution feasibility

✔️ Market Intelligence & Execution Alignment
Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
Ensure smooth handover to execution teams and monitor project lifecycle
