Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between brand objectives and impactful influencer marketing solutions. As a Brand Solutions Manager, you will lead the development of integrated influencer strategies, create compelling client proposals and pitches, and collaborate closely with Creative, Influencer Relations, and Client Servicing teams to deliver holistic campaign plans.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of influencer marketing execution and is now looking to build expertise in strategy, brand consulting, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Decode client briefs to develop insight-led influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
Build comprehensive campaign plans, including influencer approach, content strategy, platform mix, audience targeting, media allocation, timelines, and success metrics.
Develop high-quality client proposals, pitch presentations,



and recommendation decks that combine strategic thinking with creative storytelling.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Influencer Relations, Account Management, and Operations teams to ensure campaign feasibility and seamless execution.
Guide creator selection by defining strategic fitment based on audience insights,brand relevance, content quality, and campaign objectives.
Present campaign recommendations and strategic rations ,clients, incorporating feedback into refined solutions.
Work alongside execution teams to ensure strategic intent is maintained throughout campaign delivery.
Analyse campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and recommend optimisations for future campaigns.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through proactive campaign ideas, always-on influencer programmes, and cutting-edge solutions.
Contribute to the development of internal strategy frameworks, proposal templates, case studie
