Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can own the quality strategy, define testing standards, and ensure high reliability for a high-traffic enterprise website. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless releases and high-quality deliverables. This position also involves mentoring QA teams and driving continuous improvement in testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Own QA activities for .NET APIs, payment services, finance applications, and Zuora integrations from requirements review through production release.
Analyze business and technical requirements, identify gaps and risks, and translate them into explicit test strategies, test plans, scenarios, test cases, and traceability coverage.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing across APIs and connected finance platforms.
Validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman,



including request and response payloads, HTTP status codes, headers, authentication, authorization, error handling, schema validation, and backward compatibility.
Test payment and billing workflows such as authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, credits, cancellations, retries, failed transactions, duplicate prevention, idempotency, and exception handling.
Verify webhooks, asynchronous processing, scheduled jobs, queues, callbacks, and cross-system data propagation, including retry and recovery scenarios.
Perform database and data validation using SQL to confirm transaction integrity, field mapping, calculations, audit trails, and reconciliation between source and downstream systems.
Design negative, boundary, concurrency, security-oriented, and failure-recovery test scenarios for financially sensitive services.
