About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to own and scale our organic search strategy end-to-end. You'll bring deep, hands-on SEO expertise combined with solid working knowledge of AI tools and AI-driven search — from using LLMs to accelerate research, content, and technical audits, to optimizing for how AI-powered search surfaces (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) discover and cite content (GEO/AEO). You will set the SEO roadmap, lead execution across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, mentor junior team members, and work directly with leadership, content, marketing, and engineering to drive organic growth.
This is a senior, strategy-plus-execution role for someone who has already run SEO programs independently and wants to bring AI into the core of how search strategy is built and scaled.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership
Own the end-to-end SEO strategy and roadmap, aligned to business and revenue goals.
Lead keyword and topic strategy, including search intent mapping and content prioritization frameworks.




Mentor and review the work of junior SEO executives; set standards and QA processes for the team.
Present SEO performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Own SEO tool stack decisions and vendor/agency relationships where applicable.
AI-Driven SEO
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar) to speed up keyword clustering, content briefs, competitor teardown, and technical audit summarization.
Build and optimize for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) / Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — improving visibility and citation in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search surfaces.
Design AI-assisted, human-reviewed content workflows that maintain quality, E-E-A-T, and search-intent accuracy at scale.
Evaluate and pilot emerging AI SEO tools and prompting techniques, and translate them into repeatable team processes.
