About the Role

V&A; Group is a growing jewellery brand rooted in craft and committed to global relevance. We are looking for a
Director – Jewelry Merchandiser who brings both a visionary creative eye and the leadership presence to
channel it into a coherent, commercially solid product portfolio. This is a senior leadership role for someone
who has spent 15+ years shaping jewellery collections across fine, bridal, fashion categories — and who thrives
at the intersection of design direction, market intelligence, and team mentorship.

What You Will Own

Product Direction & Strategy

▸ Define the seasonal and annual product vision across fine jewelry, fashion, and bridal & occasion categories.
▸ Translate global trend intelligence, trade show insights, and buyer feedback into a cohesive, commercially
viable product direction.
▸ Establish range architecture — ensuring the right balance of newness, hero SKUs, and commercial anchors
across B2B channels.
▸ Lead product storytelling: build compelling narratives around collections that resonate with both trade
buyers and end consumers.




Team Leadership & Creative Governance
▸ Lead, mentor, team of Sr. Designers & CAD Heads, and elevate the design and merchandising team —
building capability, creative confidence, and accountability.
▸ Set creative standards and review processes to ensure design output meets both aesthetic intent and
commercial reality.
▸ Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
▸ Work closely with design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure product concepts are executed to the
highest standard within commercial constraints.
▸ Partner with business leadership to align product strategy with growth objectives — international.
▸ Represent the brand at global trade shows, industry events, and buyer meetings; bring insights back and
integrate them into the product roadmap.
