Your Tasks

Drive revenue growth from FMCG manufacturers, food processors, brands, retail chains, and allied industries in Gujarat and the West Region.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including Quality Heads, R&D; Heads, Procurement Teams, Regulatory Affairs Managers, and Plant Leadership.
Promote TÜV SÜD's portfolio of services including:
Food & FMCG Testing
Regulatory Compliance Services
Inspection Services
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, customer visits, networking events, industry associations, and referrals.




Prepare commercial proposals, participate in tenders, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry requirements.
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM records.
Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Business, or related discipline.
MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
5-8 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
Proven experience in selling services to FMCG, Food, Beverage, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods companies.
Solid understanding of quality assurance, testing, certification, or regulatory compliance services is preferred.
