About the Role
Tattva Spa is looking for a creative professional to join the Product & Experience Development function at our Gurgaon Head Office. This role sits at the intersection of NPD (New Product Development) and guest experience development — working closely with the Marketing Head to shape what guests use, touch, feel and take home from a Tattva spa visit, and what they buy from our bath & body products retail line, VILASA.

This is a build-and-run role: part product manager, part sourcing coordinator, part experience designer. You'll work with everyone from professional cosmetic/packaging suppliers to small, unorganised local manufacturers — and with our L&D; team to actually get new experiences delivered on the spa floor.

Key Responsibilities
NPD — Spa & Retail Product Development
Drive new product development (NPD) for in-house spa products (usage products) and the VILASA retail range — from prospect identification to launch
Streamline and rationalise the existing product range alongside new development
Manage the end-to-end NPD cycle: briefing, sampling, feedback, costing, finalisation, in coordination with professional suppliers and manufacturers
Lead packaging design and development — coordinating with designers, packaging vendors, and print/production partners
Write and refine product-related content — descriptions, packaging copy, briefs for designers/vendors — with an ear for brand tone

Develop, improve, and source design-led spa items that elevate the guest experience at o
