Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Core Banking Testing and hands-on experience with one or more core banking platforms such as FLEXCUBE, Finacle, T24, or TCS BaNCS.
The ideal candidate should have solid functional knowledge of core banking modules and recent hands-on experience with core banking testing activities, preferably within the last 6 years. The candidate should be capable of leading testing teams, managing stakeholders, and driving end-to-end testing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand functional requirements, BRDs, and business specifications.
Develop and review test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across various testing phases.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor Functional, Integration, SIT, UAT,



and Regression Testing.
Perform and oversee manual and automated test execution.
Review test deliverables and ensure adequate functional and business coverage.
Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including defect identification, logging, prioritization, tracking, retesting, and closure.
Lead and mentor testing teams and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
Manage communication and coordination with clients, business teams, development teams, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present testing status reports, metrics, risks, issues, and progress updates.
Proactively identify testing risks and drive issues through to resolution.
Be willing to travel to client locations based on project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
10–18 years of overall experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Strong experience in Core Banking Testing.
