Job Description

About the job: This position will be based in the GSS office in Mumbai and support the regional Sales teams based in ACS TCS offices in Houston and Frankfurt. They will work on various tasks and projects, as assigned by the Sales teams. These will include things such as creating and maintaining sales orders in the system, reviewing and allocating supplier invoices and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.



This is a hands-on role requiring a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Entry and maintenance of orders in our internal booking and transport software
Review and allocation of incoming invoices from our suppliers (couriers, airlines, handling agents, etc.)
Coordination with the accounting department in London and Current York to ensure proper invoice approval and timely payment
Processing and responding to queries and clarifications with our suppliers (e.g., in the event of discrepancies or missing information)
Tracking missing supplier invoices and maintaining corresponding overviews
Support with month-end closing, e.g., by preparing accounting-relevant data
Support of the operational team (e.g., tracking orders, booking airline tickets, hotels, etc.)
Maintenance and updating of supplier and customer master data
Archiving and filing of order-re
