Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Developer/ Tester.
Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using relevant automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
