About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Event Sales Executive to join our team.




The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries and leads generated through Meta Ads and other digital marketing channels, understanding client requirements, following up with prospects and converting qualified leads into confirmed business.
This is a sales and conversion-focused role, so strong communication, follow-up discipline, persuasion and closing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to Meta-generated leads and inbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Make timely follow-up calls to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements including event type, guest count, location, date and budget.
Present suitable event planning and hospitality solutions to prospective clients.
Convert qualified leads into meetings, site visits and confirmed bookings.
Follow up consistently with interested and undecided prospects.
Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations professionally.
