• Handle student counselling & convincing calls
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
• Coordinate with students and AI trainers
• Manage batch schedules, attendance & student queries
• Handle daily reporting and follow-ups
• Support AI training program operations
? Requirements:
• 3–6+ years of experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, EdTech or training coordination
• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of AI/Generative AI is a plus
• Confident and target-oriented personality
