HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER

The purpose of this role is to support the Human Resources department, being a key partner in defining and implementing the Human Resources Strategy for India, in support of our businesses (Fragrance & Beauty – Standalone & Wholesale and Fashion) in line with the global strategy.




Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, you will support in defining HR priorities and objectives, with the necessary talent, taking into consideration organizational transformation, performance management and employee engagement.

CORE OF THE JOB

Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract talent in the market.
Attract and recruit talents aligned with business needs, meeting high requirement in terms of hard & soft skills.
Serve as the first point of contact for all retail recruitments & will be responsible for leading full cycle recruitment for all positions.
Responsible for running vacancy reports, keeping data accurate and up to date.
Lead in person recruitment events and logistics for mass hiring interview days/events, etc.
Ensure diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
