About the Role
We are looking for a creative, curious, and people-oriented Marketing Executive to help build SayaCare’s brand and reach more customers. You will understand customer needs and behaviour, plan brand activities, engage with customers, and explore new ways to grow SayaCare’s reach. The role involves consumer research, offline marketing, brand campaigns, customer engagement, partnerships, PR, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct consumer research to understand our users, their needs, behaviour, and where we can reach them.
· Build user personas and map customer journeys to identify opportunities to improve awareness, engagement, and conversion.
· Plan, execute,



and analyse offline brand activities and campaigns.
· Engage with customers through WhatsApp and other channels to build awareness and trust.
· Explore new distribution and partnership channels to increase SayaCare’s reach.
· Plan and execute brand campaigns for awareness and customer nurturing.
· Work with PR agencies, media houses, vendors, and other external partners to build SayaCare’s presence.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and marketing partners.

Skills & Competencies
· Understanding of human behaviour and how it can be applied to marketing.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to understand consumer research.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Positive copywriting skills and ability to communicate a clear brand message.
· Good design sense and ability to guide marketing materials.
· Comfortable interacting with customers and external partners.
