We are hiring a Head of Analytics in Pune for a team building on Analytics, Metrics, Statistics. 10-15 years of experience.

What You Will Work On

Analytics, Metrics, Statistics, with system design, data engineering, A/B testing across the wider stack.

What You Need

10-15 years with Analytics in production.
Hands-on depth in Metrics, Statistics, enough to defend a decision you made in each, and name the one you rejected.
Working familiarity with system design, data engineering, A/B testing.
You have set technical direction that other teams built on, and have been wrong about one of those decisions in a way you can describe.
The ability to explain a technical decision to somebody who did not make it. Every round here includes it.

Git, branching and code review as a daily habit
One cloud provider used in anger: AWS, Azure or GCP
CI/CD: your work reaches an setting without somebody carrying it
SQL that survives review, and Python for anything SQL cannot express
A warehouse: BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift
Orchestration and transformation: Airflow, dbt or equivalent
A BI layer (Looker, Tableau, Metabase), and dashboards people kept using
Experiment design: sample size, significance, and when not to call it
