About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–4 years of experience in home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare services.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Vizag healthcare market and preferably have an established network of hospitals, doctors, consultants, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase home healthcare sales and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, consultants, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.




Generate qualified leads and patient referrals through hospital visits, doctor meetings, and healthcare networks.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Vizag market.
Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote home healthcare services.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff, patients, and families to understand healthcare requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Maintain a database of hospitals, doctors, referral partners, and prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and convert them into patients/customers.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
Coordinate with Operations and Clinical teams for smooth patient onboarding.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Participate in healthcare camps, hospital activities, corporate tie-ups, and promotional events as required.
