Experience: 5–8 Years
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 Years in SAP HCM with solid hands-on experience in SAP ECC HCM, SAP Payroll, and SAP Time Management
Budget: Maximum 30 LPA

REQUIREMENT FOR SENIOR SAP HCM PAYROLL & TIME MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, maintain, and support SAP ECC HCM solutions with primary focus on Payroll and Time Management.
Work extensively on SAP HCM Payroll processes, including payroll processing, payroll validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.




Configure and support SAP Time Management processes including work schedules, absences, attendances, time quotas, and time evaluation.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP HCM functional solutions.
Support end-to-end Payroll and Time Management business processes for worldwide/global operations.
Configure and maintain Payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), wage types, payroll areas, and payroll-related processes.
Support payroll simulation, payroll runs, retroactive accounting, payroll reconciliation, and payroll error analysis.
Work on Time Evaluation, work schedules, attendance, absence management, overtime, and time quota processes.
Ensure proper integration between Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll.
Support integration of SAP HCM with third-party HR, payroll, and time-management systems.
Work on SAP interfaces, IDocs, inbound/outbound files, and middle
