About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Integrated Media Buying qualified with 4+ years of experience in offline media planning and buying. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across TV, Print, Radio and OOH, with a strong understanding of media rates, negotiations, inventory, campaign execution and post-campaign analysis.
The candidate will be responsible for managing media buying activities end-to-end while working closely with clients, media owners, internal planning teams and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute offline media buying campaigns across TV, Print, Radio and OOH.
Work with media planning teams to translate media plans into effective buying strategies.
Handle TV buying and spot negotiations across channels and markets.
Use BARC data to evaluate channels, programs, audience profiles, GRPs, reach and frequency.
Negotiate with broadcasters, publishers,



radio stations and OOH vendors to secure competitive rates and value additions.
Evaluate media proposals, inventory availability and commercial terms.
Manage campaign bookings, schedules, release orders and execution.
Monitor campaign delivery against planned GRPs, reach, frequency and spends.
Coordinate with media owners and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Track actual versus planned media delivery and highlight any discrepancies.
Prepare post-buy reports and campaign performance analysis.
Manage media budgets and ensure efficient utilization of spends.
Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and publishers.
Support integrated media campaigns involving Offline + Digital channels.
Prepare regular campaign updates and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Offline Media Buying / Media Planning / Integrated Media.
Strong hands-on experience in TV media buying is preferred.
