If you have 2+ years of experience in EdTech Sales, love talking to people, are comfortable handling objections, and know how to convert genuine prospects into paying students, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Connect with qualified leads and understand their goals, challenges and requirements.

• Counsel prospective students about learning opportunities and help them choose the right program.

• Conduct high-quality sales conversations over phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Handle customer objections around price, trust, time, competition, family concerns, etc.

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.

• Take ownership of the entire sales process — from first conversation to enrollment.





• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
? Who we're looking for:

We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, communicate confidently and close.

You should have:

✅ 2+ years of proven EdTech Sales experience

✅ Strong experience in B2C / inside sales

✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

✅ Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills

✅ High confidence while speaking with customers

✅ Ability to build trust quickly with prospects

✅ Strong follow-up discipline

✅ Target-oriented and hungry to earn

✅ Ability to understand customer psychology and identify buying intent

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
