Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Enterprise SharePoint Platform Administration
Lead administration and support of large-scale enterprise SharePoint farms consisting of 50+ servers across Development, QA, DR, and Production environments.
Design, implement, and maintain high availability SharePoint environments.
Perform platform capacity planning, farm optimization, and lifecycle management.
Define and enforce operational standards and best practices.
SharePoint Architecture & Governance
Provide technical leadership for SharePoint platform architecture and roadmap.




Establish governance frameworks covering:
Site lifecycle management
Security governance
Content management
Capacity management
Compliance requirements
Conduct architecture reviews and platform assessments.
Drive modernization and migration strategies.
SharePoint Online & Hybrid Environments
Manage and support hybrid SharePoint environments.
Lead SharePoint Online adoption initiatives.
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services including:
Teams
OneDrive
Power Platform
Microsoft Search
Entra ID
Migration Leadership
Lead enterprise migration projects from:
SharePoint 2013/2016/2019
Legacy collaboration platforms
File shares
Develop migration strategies, governance controls, and validation processes.
Perform migration assessments using ShareGate or AvePoint tools.
Operational Support & Incident Management
Serve as escalation point for critical P1 and P2 incidents.
Lead root cause analysis sessions and
