About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director – Cloud Infrastructure to lead the strategy, architecture, operations, and continuous evolution of our cloud platform supporting mission-critical SaaS solutions in the fintech and payments domain. This role will be responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, security, operational excellence, and cost optimization across Azure and AWS while leading a global 24x7 infrastructure organization.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the cloud infrastructure strategy aligned with business and technology objectives.
Lead and develop high-performing teams across:
o Cloud Operations & Production Support
o Network Operations Center (NOC)
o DevOps & Platform Engineering




o Middleware Services (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, IBM Connect: Direct)
o Database Administration (MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle)
o Cloud Networking
o Cloud Architecture
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, disaster recovery, and operational resilience while meeting customer SLAs.
Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence initiatives.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Customer Success, and Compliance teams to deliver secure and resilient cloud platforms.
Lead major incident management, executive escalations, capacity planning, and continuous service improvements.
Own cloud governance, infrastructure standards, technology roadmaps, vendor management, and cloud cost optimization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
15+ years of IT
