We are seeking an experienced, results-driven QA Lead to define and execute the
quality strategy for the Wholesale Digital Studio. This role will lead a team of
QA across multiple squads like unified portal & CCLM , establishing strong
governance, automation, and continuous improvement practices across digital
studio. You will be working closely with Product, Technology, Architecture, the
lead will embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle and align
engineering outcomes with business objectives and product needs. A key priority
will be advancing an Automation-First and AI-Assisted Quality Engineering model
to improve test effectiveness, prevent defects, accelerate delivery, and
increase quality efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring solid leadership, stakeholder management,
communication, quality engineering, and AI-enabled automation expertise, with a
proven ability to build high-performing teams and deliver secure, scalable,
reliable,



and high-quality solutions in Agile environments.
