Accountabilities
Translate sales incentive and commission plans into robust back-end data processes, workflows, and models that support accurate and timely calculations.
Manage monthly and quarterly commission processes, ensuring reliable data inputs, accurate outputs, timely plan rollouts, and transparent resolution of participant questions.
Break down complex business requirements into structured analytical frameworks, quantitative analyses, and actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain agile reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, revenue trends, sales performance, and CRM data quality.
Perform hands-on data cleansing, manipulation, wrangling, and spreadsheet modeling using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel.
Design and maintain Salesforce reports, analytics dashboards, and operational tracking tools that provide meaningful visibility to leadership.
