As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the growth and success of the regional sales portfolio by collaborating closely with key stakeholders. Your contribution will be essential in supporting the overall business objectives, sales targets, and go-to-market strategy for Dormer Pramet.



You will actively assist in the execution of regional sales initiatives, share insights and ideas to strengthen the sales strategy, and align efforts with broader organizational goals to maximize market impact and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share for Dormer Parmet.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners within the region.
