Telecaller – EdTech SalesRole Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller – EdTech Sales to connect with prospective students through phone calls, understand their educational and career requirements, and provide information about VipraCube AI's courses and training programs.
The role is primarily focused on outbound calling, student communication, follow-ups, counselling, and lead conversion. The candidate will use Truecaller and other calling tools to contact leads, explain relevant courses, address basic queries, and encourage interested candidates to enroll.

Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to prospective students using Truecaller and calling platforms.
Speak with students and understand their course, career, and learning requirements.
Explain VipraCube AI's AI, Generative AI, and technology training programs clearly.
Provide accurate information about courses, duration, fees, benefits, projects,



and the enrollment process.
Handle student questions and basic objections professionally.
Follow up regularly with interested and potential students.
Maintain proper records of calls, interested leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Identify interested candidates and move them through the enrollment process.
Build rapport with students through qualified and confident communication.
Work toward daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Ensure timely follow-up so that potential leads are not lost.
Coordinate with sales/team members regarding interested candidates and enrollment status.
