Accountabilities
Design and implement complex web applications using established architectural approaches, engineering standards, and development best practices.
Build and optimize high-performance applications across the frontend and backend, contributing to scalable and maintainable solutions.
Apply appropriate API architectures and design patterns, including monolithic, microservices, and serverless approaches.
Improve engineering and quality standards within the development team and help colleagues consistently adopt best practices.
Create CI/CD pipelines using templates and established tooling, while collaborating with DevOps teams on more complex deployment pipelines.
Contribute to application deployment and infrastructure configuration, including containerized environments and cloud-based solutions.
Participate in technical hiring processes, including interviews and evaluation of engineering candidates.
