Role Description The Admission Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries,



explaining programs and digital offerings, and supporting applicants in completing forms and documentation. This role involves conducting counseling sessions (in person, by phone, or online), maintaining accurate records in admission systems, and following up with leads to convert interest into enrollments. The Admission Counsellor will collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth applicant experience and provide feedback on frequently asked questions and market trends. The position also includes participating in outreach activities, such as events or sessions with partner institutions, to promote CTPL’s solutions and programs.
