JOB DESCRIPTION – Alliance Operations
Your Role
As the Alliance Operations Executive for one of LTM Strategic alliance partnerships, your primary responsibility is to manage and govern all operations aspects of a named strategic partnership. Your role is critical in driving mutual growth and success for both LTM and its Strategic partner. You will work closely with various teams internally and collaborate with the OEM’s team to achieve common objectives. Given below is a detailed job description:
Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities)
Responsible for ensuring solid rigor and Governance for Strategic alliance operations for a named Partner
Administer and Manage Alliance partner portals- deal registrations, partner investments, incentives and rebates, market development funds, trainings & certifications
Own and update repository of partner agreements, capability decks
Update and publish Pipeline trackers, win tables, governance, win-wires, case studies, win-loss analysis, partner incentives
Provide operational support working with different internal and external stakeholders including Service Lines, Sales teams, Marketing, Legal, procurement
Ensure tagging of relevant LTM wins on an ongoing basis in partner portals thereby guaranteeing they reflect in partnership health scorecards
Provide logistical support for Partner events, Partner days, Hackathons, Partner visits
Publish Alliance Newsletters and maintain the Global Alliances microsite
Own all Alliance Governance activities for the named Strategic partner including supporting Executive meetings, QBR preparation
