About the Role
We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team who can help us to:

Responsibilities

Ensure stability and uptime of applications
Drive and maintain compliance of applications
Automate manual and repetitive tasks

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Secrets Management, Vulnerability Patching, Certificate Lifecycle, Software/Application upgrades, Tech Resiliency
Extensive experience addressing risk control metrics such as password rotations, obsolescence, user access management
Strong background in automating manual processes
Experience working in monitoring and observability tools e.g. Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch
Building, deploying, and maintaining AWS components using CloudFormation e.g. EC2, S3, IAM, Lambdas, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB
Strong understanding of Secure by design principles
GitOps and CI/CD experience e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Bamboo,



ArgoCD
Experience performing cleanup/decommissioning activities
Capability to perform L1/L2 on-call support functions

Required Skills
Able to come to the Gurugram office 3 days a week
Flexibility of working hours where needed
Experience working within Agile delivery framework
Use of JIRA and Confluence for task management and documentation

Preferred Skills
Relevant working Experience in Finance
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Strong Risk Management mindset
Solid understanding of Change, Incident, and Problem Management
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally
Ability to deliver quality output independently with minimal oversight
