The E-Commerce Catalog Coordinator will own the day-to-day management of our online product catalog, from new designer launches and product uploads to pricing, collections, curations, and ongoing catalog maintenance.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, but equally important, has a strong visual eye for fashion, product curation, and e-commerce merchandising. This person should understand not only how to manage product information accurately, but also how to present and curate an assortment in a way that feels cohesive and visually strong.

Key Responsibilities
Upload and publish current products to the website, including product titles, descriptions, images, sizing, variants, and other product details
Manage product pricing and ensure prices are calculated and updated accurately across the website
Create and maintain website collections and curated edits based on season, occasion, category, designer, trends, and merchandising priorities
Use strong visual judgment to select and organize products and imagery for collections, curations,



and featured edits
Coordinate new designer and collection launches, managing product information from receipt through publication on the website
Maintain and organize product data, imagery, pricing, and designer assets across shared folders, ensuring files are consistently structured and easy to access
Maintain accurate product tagging and categorization to support website navigation, filters, search, and merchandising
Update product availability, lead times, sizing, pricing, imagery, and other product information as needed
Regularly audit the website for pricing errors, missing or inaccurate information, incorrect categorization, image issues, and overall catalog consistency
