As the primary point of contact, this role builds trusted learner relationships, understands learner goals and barriers, and provides personalized coaching and guidance throughout the learning journey.By combining human connection with data-driven tracking, the Learner Success Partner improves learner retention, strengthens engagement, and enables learners to successfully complete their programs and move closer toward meaningful career outcomes.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coaching, engaging, and helping learners stay consistent and succeed in a high-engagement online learning environment. This role is not a sales or admission role.
