MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 10 years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk management, or legal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Data Privacy, a related field, or
equivalent practical experience.
* Qualified privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or CISA).
* Experience working on workforce/HR data or global employee populations.
* Experience providing privacy guidance for AI/Machine Learning products.
* Ability to translate complex legal requirements into technical specifications
and scalable operational workflows.

The Compliance, Standards, and Integrity (CSI) team is dedicated to formulating
risk-based strategies and comprehensive solutions for the effective management
of employment-related risks. Our mandate goes beyond basic compliance. We
proactively establish industry benchmarks for mitigating HR and workforce data

As a Workforce Data Privacy Manager, you will advocate the evolution of Google’s
workforce data compliance and privacy programs. You will be at the forefront of
"Privacy by Design," ensuring that People Operations’ digital
