Overview

Senior Process Analyst, HR Global Mobility with 4 to 8 years of experience will play a key role in supporting the administration and execution of the company's global mobility programs. This role will provide operational support to employees undergoing international assignments and relocations, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices.



The Senior Analyst will also contribute to process improvements and support various global mobility projects.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
Administer end-to-end UK Global Mobility operations, including international assignments, business travel, immigration, and cross-border employee movements.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees, HR, managers, and stakeholders on UK inbound and outbound mobility matters, providing guidance on policies, processes, immigration, tax, and assignment advantages.
Manage UK immigration processes, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Standard Visitor, and other visa categories, ensuring compliance with UK immigration requirements.
Coordinate with immigration counsel, tax advisors, relocation providers, and other vendors to facilitate seamless employee mobility and ensure timely service delivery.
