Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including leases, vendor agreements, NDAs, customer contracts, and regulatory documentation.
- Manage real estate transactions, title due diligence, land agreements, and RERA-related matters.
- Lead dispute resolution and litigation strategy, while managing external legal counsel.
- Drive compliance across employment laws, real estate regulations, and data protection requirements.
- Develop compliance calendars, governance policies, risk frameworks, and legal SOPs.
- Partner with leadership, HR, and key stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and investor-related matters.

The Successful Applicant




- 8-12 years of legal experience with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure.
- Strong expertise in real estate law, including leases, title diligence, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience handling disputes and managing external counsel.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
