Work timings: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist members and visitors professionally.
• Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, memberships and services.
• Handle customer enquiries, calls, appointments and walk-ins.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure member satisfaction.
• Support membership enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain customer records and front office documentation.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Basic Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Hospitality, Fitness, Wellness or Customer Service.
• Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
