You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in agency environments will help drive brand satisfaction and strengthen relationships, ensuring we meet and exceed brand expectations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned FMCG brands, handling all day-to-day communications Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets Provide proactive updates and problem-solve issues to maintain satisfaction Ensure expectations are clearly communicated and met ,
