The Opportunity

We are seeking an eCommerce professional with strong understanding of online
retail channels and the ability to thrive in a rapid paced dynamic environment.
This is a hands-on position responsible for the management and growth of our
brands (Optimum Nutrition, Isopure & BSN) on Specialty eCommerce and ePharma
accounts like Nutrabay, Nykaa, Dmart, Hyugalife , Tata1mg, Pharmeasy etc. The
role will identify and assess the right opportunities in expanding GPN brands’
online footprint, whilst optimizing assortment, stock plan, and maximizing
overall profitability and acquiring firsthand consumer insights.

Responsibilities

Revenue Growth and Account Planning

* Business Delivery: Own account-level Sell-Out, Sell-Through and revenue
targets, identifying and executing account-specific growth opportunities.
* Account Planning: Develop account priorities and participate in account
planning/JBP discussions,



where relevant, to unlock incremental growth.
* Portfolio Expansion: Identify opportunities for new listings, assortment
expansion and portfolio growth by leveraging platform consumer insights,
category trends and account inputs.
* Commercial Management: Prepare and manage monthly pricing, trade spends,
promotions plans, provisions and other commercial requirements.

Stakeholder & Account Management

* Distributor Management: Work closely with the national distributor team to
deliver agreed business objectives, including fill rates, inventory cover,
stock health, On Shelf Availability (OSA), forecast requirements and
operational execution.

* Distributor Account Management: Collaborate with the national distributor to
manage distributor-owned eCommerce accounts, ensuring delivery of
sell-through targets, assortment expansion, visibility opportunities,
promotional execution and overall business growth.
