About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing, Entry level Proposal Writer (Presales Specialist) to join our team supporting IT sales and business development initiatives..
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent communication and writing skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in technology and IT services. Prior exposure to sales, business development, presales, proposal development, tender/RFP responses, or technical/business writing will be highly valued.
What We Are Looking For
1. Academic Excellence
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering / B.E. / B.Tech or another related field.
• Robust academic performance throughout graduation.
• Candidates with consistently high academic scores and achievements will be preferred.
• Participation in academic competitions, case studies, projects,
hackathons, presentations, or leadership activities is a plus.
2. Sales / Business Development / Presales Exposure (Good to have)
• 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Presales, IT Sales, Proposal Management, or a related role.
• Candidates with internships, live projects, campus consulting projects, or practical exposure to sales/presales will also be considered.
• Basic understanding of how a presales function operates, including supporting sales teams, understanding customer requirements, preparing presentations/proposals, and responding to opportunities.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into relevant business and technology solutions.
3. Technology Orientation
• Strong interest in IT, technology, software, cloud, digital transformation, cybersecurity, AI, data, and enterprise solutions.
