Forward Deployed Engineer(IC role)

Axiamatic is looking for Forward Deployed Engineering Managers who thrive at the intersection of enterprise transformation, software engineering, applied AI, and customer delivery.
As a Forward Deployed Engineering Manager, you will work directly with organizations executing complex ERP and IT transformation programs. You will lead engineering teams and work alongside transformation leaders, PMOs, architects, functional SMEs, system integrators, and Axiamatic product teams to understand complex customer problems and build solutions that create measurable impact.

You will be responsible not only for delivering customer-specific solutions, but also for identifying patterns across engagements and turning them into scalable product capabilities, AI agents, analytical workflows, and platform features.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role for an engineering manager who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working directly with customers, and building systems from first principles.

Requirements
Customer & Transformation Engagement




Partner directly with enterprise customers, transformation leaders, PMOs, architects, functional leads, and system integrators.
Develop a deep understanding of how large ERP and IT transformation programs are structured, governed, and executed.
Participate in customer discovery, solution design, technical workshops, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Translate complex business and transformation problems into technical solutions.
Work directly with customer teams to understand their data, systems, workflows, and operational constraints.
Help customers deploy Axiamatic rapidly within their existing technology and operating workplace.
Act as a trusted technical partner to transformation leaders and enterprise stakeholders.
