THE ROLE

Aspen Technology, Inc. (an Emerson Company) is seeking a Principal Workday
Analyst to lead IT ownership of the global Workday platform. Reporting to the
Senior Director and Leader of IT Business Applications, this role provides
hands-on technical leadership and people management for Workday application
support, integrations, security, release readiness, production support, and
continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep Workday expertise,
robust integration experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional delivery
across HR, Security, IAM, vendors,



and enterprise application teams.

This role is based in Pune, India, and supports a highly distributed, global
organization including managing Sr. Workday Analysts and leading Workday IT
team.

YOUR IMPACT

* Lead IT ownership of the global Workday application environment, with
accountability for platform availability, performance, security,
integrations, release readiness, production stability, and continuous
improvement within an IT application support model.
* Manage and develop Workday IT analysts and technical contributors, including
prioritization, delivery oversight, coaching, capability development, and
day-to-day leadership of support and enhancement activities.
* Coordinate Workday technical delivery across HR, IT, Security, IAM, vendors,
infrastructure, and enterprise application teams, ensuring dependencies are
managed and outcomes are delivered with strong IT governance.
