Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Relationship
- Act as the primary point of coordination for assigned clients.
- Understand brand objectives and assist in creating strategic plans that align with their marketing goals.
- Participate in client meetings, take briefs, and ensure clear communication with internal teams.

Campaign Management
- Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns — social media content, paid ads, influencer activities, and website updates.




- Coordinate between creative, design, and performance teams for smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Maintain campaign timelines, approvals, and status trackers.

Performance & Insights
- Support reporting and analytics — track campaign metrics, compile data, and prepare performance decks.
- Suggest optimizations based on insights and trends observed from ongoing campaigns.

Internal Coordination
- Work closely with design, content, and media teams to ensure deliverables match client expectations.
- Maintain strong project documentation — briefs, reports, timelines, and feedback logs.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management (preferably at a digital agency).
- Understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), and content planning .
