Freelance QA - Manual Tester

Responsibilities:
- Test functionality and review visual elements of small and large-scale interactive deliverables
- Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes
- Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery
- Collaborate with other QA staff to accomplish all daily QA tasks on time with a high level of quality
- Develop process to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible
- Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep our processes up to date




- Assist with internal project kick-offs and requirements/specs gathering
- Plan and document the testing effort via test plans and test cases for mid-level to larger-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to creatively and proactively solve problems
- Experience working on web-based interactive projects and mobile apps
- Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Proven written and verbal communication skills

Job Requirements

Must have:
- 2+ years of Testing experience in Website or Functional testing
- Any Defect Management tool e.g. JIRA, ALM and Bugzilla
- SQL - Intermediate level
- Agile (Scrum)/Waterfall experience
- Excellent communication and writing skill
- Adaptable to work in various shift as per project requirement
